The snowfall took place in different areas of Landikotal and a large number of tourists from far-off areas including Peshawar visited and enjoyed it.
Local tribesmen said the hour’s long snowfall had also affected the traffic on Pak-Afghan route and more than a feet snowfall fell on the ground.
On one way the snowfall attracted the tourists from Peshawar while on the other hand, the electricity system was greatly affected. Locals said the coldness had increased after the snowfall happened in Landi Kotal.
