Telenor Pakistan, one of Pakistan’s Mobile Telecommunication, Internet and Digital services provider, today has announced that Durdana Achakzai, a Fintech expert with ample experience and knowledge on the incorporation of IT in financial services, will be joining Telenor Pakistan as its first Chief Digital Officer.
Durdana will bring her expertise to make Telenor a holistic Digital Services Provider. She will have oversight and control into the newly formed ‘Digital Division’ at Telenor Pakistan. Her portfolio will encompass Telenor Pakistan’s Digital Products, Digital Accelerator (Velocity), Mobile Advertising, Mobile Agriculture, Internet of Things and Innovation.

Durdana is a senior business and technology leader focused on fintech and digital transformation based out of London. She comes with a robust work experience spread across multiple businesses functions over 14 years in global business and technology roles.
