Judicial Commission of Pakistan has proposed names of four new judges for Peshawar High Court. The commission which met under the chair of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary here Saturday proposed names of Asadullah Chamkani, Rohul Amin, Irshad Qaisar and Shahjahan Akhund for PHC. According to sources, JC deliberated on nine names and later finalized four names for the PHC. Following the approval of judicial commission, these names would be sent to parliamentary committee and after that President of Pakistan will approve them.
