Information and Culture Minister and Parliamentary Leader Mian Iftkhar Hussain on Tuesday said that whoever destroy girls school and stop the girls from getting education were the enemy of the country and they does not want country to develop. 

He was addressing a gathering of Pashto Cultural Program for Women arranged by Department Culture on Tuesday. Secretary Information and Culture Azmat Hanif Orangzai, Director Culture Perviaz Khan Shabit Khel, and women from all the walk of life were present. 

Mian Iftikhar said in Pakhtun culture a women was valued the most and the respected given in Pashtun culture to a women, no one could get anywhere in the world. ‘

Women all over the world are envious of the fact that Pakhtun women are given a lot of respect,’ Mian Iftikhar said. 

He said the nations who had leave their culture were no more living, so he want to stay connected with the his culture and he was proud of Pashtun culture. 

Minister culture said that when 52% women would not be given equal rights and opportunities, this country would not become developed.
