
A model complaint office has been set up in Peshawar for immediately attending to public complaints against Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO).
The office equipped with modern and state of the art facilities has been established with the help of United States Agency of International Development (USAID).
Chief Executive PESCO Brig (Retd) Tariq Saddozai during his visit to the complaint office on Friday appreciated the style and facilities available at the office for the addressing public grievances.
He was told that United States Agency of International Development (USAid) provided the latest technique and facilities and its representative would also monitor its function and f provide co-operation in this regard. Chief Executive PESCO hailed USAID for providing guidance and help to establish the model complaint office adding that if the model complaint office gives good results then more such offices would be established across the province.
He directed all the PESCO employees to take keen interest in removing public complaints and also personally visit the field office and contact the consumers for their satisfaction.
