Executive Officer Cantonment Board Nowshera Zofishan Manzoor said that Irrigation Scheme was started in Jinnah Park Mall Road which would add beauty to the cantonment, as, this cantonment was the gateway to Peshawar and the people traveling in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would come and enjoy in this park. The Cantonment Board EO expressed these views while inaugurating Irrigation Scheme on Saturday at Jinnah Park, Mall Road. 

The official of the Cantonment board further said that swings and rides would be placed in the park for the children and there were more master plans to make Nowshera a model city. Secretary Cantonment board Mohsin Khan and Accounts officer Akhtar Hayat were also present and addressed the gathering and said that flood had affected the irrigation schemes and Jinnah Park but Cantonment Board was trying to bring the lost beauty back to city.
