
Emirates Airlines, a UAE based international airline, on Friday opened its customer office at Bacha Khan International Airport.
Vice president, Emirates Airline, Khalid Bardan formally inaugurated the office in a ceremony attended by the Airport Manager, Civil Aviation Authority, Sadiqul Rehman as well as the officials and staff of the airline.
\”The opening of the new office reinforces Emirate\’s commitment to provide quality services and further facilitation of its growing customer base in the northern region of the country\”, said Khalid Bardan, while talking to a media person.
He said that they needed to ensure their presence as per growing demands of their customers, adding the initiative was glaring proof that the airline wanted to improve contact with customers.
The vice president of Emirates said the airline was operating in 120 destinations around 74 states across the world.
He said that Emirates had received more than 500 awards for its customer friendly measures.
Bardan further said the carrier strives to extend maximum comfort and convenience to all air travelers by offering a comprehensive array of facilities to make their travel experience comfortable and exciting.
He expressed the hope that the new office would accommodate and assist elderly travelers and unaccompanied minors for their safe journey to multiple destinations around the world. For this, he said the airline would provide free of cost wheelchairs and ambu-lifters to elderly travelers, while minors would also assisted by well-trained staff.
He said that the office would also solve queries regarding flights to the valuable Emirates customers.
