Hajj flights of both national and private airlines are reaching late by several hours causing severe inconvenience for both pilgrims and their relatives who keep waiting inordinately at the Bacha Khan International Airport here.

Airport officials told that a private airline flight scheduled to arrive on Saturday at 5:15 AM was delayed by as many as 27 hours, as it landed Sunday morning at 8:30 AM, while another flight of the private airline, which was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 PM on Saturday night, is now expected to land on Sunday at 7:00 PM in the evening besides Sunday flight scheduled to land at 12:30 PM still not being confirmed.

Almost same is the case with the national airline, PIA flight, which delayed by three hours, reached here Sunday morning at 5:30 AM, while another PIA flight is expected to land in the night at 8:15 PM.
