Sectary Health Doctor Abid Ali has said that the government is going to form visionary committees which will take a look at the health facilities in the entire province and will suggest their budget for the next fiscal year for health.

This he said while visiting Khyber Teaching Hospital, Flanked by the Chief Executive KTH, Dr.Umar Ayub and other administration staff of the hospital.

Abid Ali said that the government high priority to provide health facilities to their entire citizen on their door step and for this purpose all the facilities would be utilized.

He also added that the government knows the problems being facing by the doctors and most of the doctors after twenty years of service were not promoted, adding that after establishing the new set up of the selected candidate in the government a new health policy would be introduced and will highlight all those matters which were facing by the doctors and paramedical staff of the province.

Sectary Health added that the government has provided more than 2 billion rupees of machinery to different hospitals of the province but it was also observed that they were not used properly, adding that there is also need based guidance to used that machinery and action would be taken against those health care units who were not using the machinery of the government. 

On the occasion Chief Executive Dr. Umar Ayub said that as CEO he started 1122 rescue service in KTH as well as Surgical ICU and Labor Room and CCT machines were also established with high standard facilities in the hospital.

He also added that as in KP and specially Peshawar which was mostly effected from the blasts as KTH has started Basic life support program as in the program not only the doctors community were trained that how they will save themselves and other during emergency like situation but as well as common citizen will also participate in the training to save themselves and their families in such like situation.

Umar also point out that Robotic Surgery that it was requested by KTH from the government but facility was given to the HMC hospital, adding that soon the Robotic Surgery would be established in KTH.

He also added that incident of Air Port and attack on American club in all those accident KTH provided best health care facilities to the patients and will continue their service for saving lives. Umar also said and demanded from the sectary health to provided funds to the Burn Unit of the hospital as the condition of the unit was not good and because of that patients were suffering.

At the end he thanked the sectary health for visiting of KTH and interested to know the problems being facing by them.
