National Youth Assembly of Pakistan (NYA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter Monday announced its seven-member cabinet, said a press release.
According to detail Waheed Marwat was elected as youth senior minister; Shuaab Hussain information minister; Haroon Sarfaraz law minister; Samra Fakhar health minister; Imtiaz Alam finance and planning minister; Mazhar Saeed sports and cultural minister; Alina Ali Shah youth minister for women and Waheed Azam youth secretary.
KP Youth Governor Ahsan Hamid Durrani said that the youth ministers would explore new dimensions in their respective youth ministries.
He added that NYA has selected the capable youth in the concern fields which would become a role model for the Nation and the parliamentarians.
Durrani further said that the youth ministers would check the progress, flaws/drawbacks of the provincial government and would extend their experiences with the lawmakers in order to develop better understanding among them.
NYA has given these symbolic designations to youth across the country which aimed to improve their hidden potential and leadership qualities, Durrani said.
Answering to a question, he said that KP chapter has made a disciplinary committee under the supervision of Osama Qazi and an advisory committee headed by Naveed Ahmad Khan.
He added that all the members of the cabinet were highly skilled and motivated and they would work for the betterment of youth of the province.
