A 12 year-old boy was killed on Sunday at Government High School Ground over clash during football match at Landikotal, eyewitnesses said.

According to the reports, after the physical brawl the influential people of the area separated both the fighting groups and asked them to go back to homes. However, while on their way to homes both the groups started firing at each other which resulted in murder of 12-year old Ihsan Ullah son of Lala Jan.

Locals said Lal Jan is head of one group while Syed Faqir is the head of the other group. Lal Jan has accused Syed Faqir for the murder while Syed Faqir has rejected the allegations.

Political Administration has arrested one person from each group and put them in the Landikotal Lockup for further investigation. The deceased boy was buried in his ancestral graveyard at 9:00 pm.
