Chief Minister Khyber Pakthunkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti has approved enhancement in daily allowance o f the government employees effective from August 01, 2012, said an official release here Tuesday.
The Federal government has already reviewed the daily allowance of its employees, it said adding, the KPK government would implement the daily allowance as revised by the federal government. Meanwhile, Chief Minister KPK Amir Haider Khan Hoti has approved the release of Rs.10 million grants for setting up of Endowment Fund in Malak Saad Shaheed Memorial Sports Trust.
The trust is engaged in promotion of healthy sports activities all over the province from gross root level to the national stature, said an official release here Tuesday.
Chief Minister KPK who is also Patron In Chief of the Trust said the grant provided would help activate healthy activities of the trust.
The peculiar conditions in the province and the challenges confronting the nation demanded to attract the youth towards sports activities along with education. The present KPK government was pursuing a coordinated program in both these sectors to provide ample opportunities to the youngsters.
