Minister for Railways and ANP leader Ghulam Ahmed Bilour has announced announced $0.1m as head money for the blasphemous filmmaker.

“Anyone who kills the man who is responsible for making such sacrilege film will be awarded one lack US dollars,” Ghulam Bilour said while addressing media here at Peshawar Press Club on Saturday. He appealed to the wealthy people to donate money in to be given to the killer of the filmmaker.

“I know this way I may be inciting and instigating people for killing but in this case I am ready to committ this crime for the cause,” Federal Minister added. 

He said that if a case wold be lodged against him in the international court, he would ask people to hand him over to them as he wanted to show these countries that we would not tolerate any such things. He said that there was no other way to lodge protest. 

He also said that the country should not cut ties with US even if he was punished as ‘it is a matter between him and the Prohet.’
