Foreign dignitaries of twenty one countries paid visit to Landi Kotal and inspected Torkham border here on Monday.
The forces official said that 21 countries officials who are in Pakistan to attend Security and War Course in National Defense University, Islamabad on their official visit arrived Landi Kotal where commandant Khyber Rifles, Col Umar Farooq received them.
The guests visited Michni check point where they examined the Pak-Afghan sharing border, Torkham.
Major Asad briefed the visitors regarding historical, geographical and security importance of the area. The visitors admired historical sites and natural beauty of the area.
The foreign officials were entertained with traditional foods on their visit to officers mess in forces cantonment where the Frontier Corp (FC) dancing groups presented dances of Khattak, Mehsud, Betani and Chitrali that enthralled them.Earlier, tight security measures had been adopted in Landi Kotal.
