Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti has approved inclusion of 30 toppers from Board of Technical Education in Stori Da Pakhtunkhwa Scheme. Under this, ten toppers of DAE exam will be given Rs.15000 per month for two years. 

Seven topper students of D.Com and three topper of DBA will be given Rs.15000 per month for two year, while 10 GII topers will also be given Rs.15000/- per month for one year. The decision will be effective for the year 2011-12 and 2012-13.  It will have total financial implications of Rs.9 million. 

It merit a mention here under Stori Da Pakhtunkhwa Program 10 toppers of matric and inter exams under entire educational boards of the province are being given Rs.10,000 and Rs.15,000 monthly scholarships for two years.

The scheme aimed at encouraging intelligent students of Govt institution from middle class so that they continue their education endeavors without becoming burden on their parents. Now, 30 toppers of technical board will also benefit from this scheme.
